En las semanas previas a la estancia se enviará al inscrito material informativo y docente, y se le invitará a una reunión presencial u online para comentar aspectos del NHS y resolver cualquier duda sobre su estancia.
Rotación
A cada inscrito se le asignará un mentor que supervisará su rotación. Este mentor será uno de los médicos españoles que trabajan en los centros adheridos al programa.
El visitante observará en consultas de medicina (70%) y de enfermería, así como en actividades de gestión y administración y en reuniones de equipo.
Alojamiento
El visitante se alojará en un piso no compartido (excepto por su pareja si lo desea) del sudeste de Londres.
·Check-in: Domingo “Day 1” de la estancia después de las 14:00 (2pm)
·Check-out: Sábado“Day 14” de la estancia antes de las 14:00 (2pm)
Un asistente bilingüe de Spandoc le recibirá en el aeropuerto y estará contactable durante toda su estancia para cualquier ayuda que pudiera necesitar.

Transporte
El inscrito deberá comprar billete de vuelo a London Gatwick (preferentemente) o Stansted para llegar en el primer día de la estancia, "Day 1".
Un taxi (cab) organizado por Spandoc le recogerá del aeropuerto el día de su llegada (Day 1) y le llevará al alojamiento. El día de su partida (Day 14) le llevará de nuevo al aeropuerto.
Durante la estancia, el mismo servicio de taxi, organizado por Spandoc, le llevará cada día a su centro de trabajo o a la estación de tren oportuna.
Before you buy your plane ticket
Please note the trip from the airport to the flat lasts around 1 hour from Gatwick and 1:15 hours from Stansted. Landing in other airports in not recommended and is not covered by the collection service.
Flight Arrival (Day 1) We will collect you from the airport and take you to your accommodation site at Spandoc Flat on SundayDay 1 of your stay. This airport collection service operates from 12:30 to 20:00 only. It does not operate before you start your stay, i.e. before Sunday Day 1. It is recommended that your flight’s scheduled landing time is no earlier than 12:00 noon, and it is compulsory that it is no later than 8:00 pm (20:00).
Early Arrival If your flight lands earlier than 12:00, you may need to wait at the airport until you are collected at 12:30pm.
Late Arrival If your flight is scheduled to land before 8:00pm (20:00) but if it is delayed beyond this time, we will wait for you and collect you when necessary.
If your flight is scheduled to land after 8:00pm (20:00), you will not be collected. You will need to find alternative accommodation for the first night and you will be collected from the airport on the following day at 12:30pm. You will miss your first day of stay at your NHS centre, which will not be recovered.
Buying Advice If there are no suitable flights from your city on Sunday Day 1, you may wish to fly on the previous Saturday and stay, at your own expense, at a hotel within the airport area, such as Gatwick Hilton or Radisson Stansted. You would then be collected from the hotel on Sunday Day 1 at 12:30pm.
Flight Departure (Day 14) We will take you to the airport on Saturday Day 14. For this, we will collect you from Spandoc Flat no later than 2pm.
